SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Settlement in full must be made on sale day in Cash, Debit, Credit, E-transfer, Certified Cheque, Money Order, or Cheque and before goods are removed from the premises.

2. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.  
    
3. All livestock is available for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity and condition and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any ground whatsoever.  
    
4. Each animal will become the purchasers responsibility as soon as they are sold.
     
5. The consignor has done everything possible to ensure the bulls in the sale will be active breeders.
     
6. All bulls in the sale have successfully passed a semen test performed by a qualified veterinarian.
     
7. All heifers have been preg tested by a qualified veterinarian.  We do not guarantee pregnancy, this is in the opinion of the veterinarian.
    
8. Every precaution will be taken to protect the safety of the buyers and spectators but in the case of an accident neither the seller, auctioneer or sales management assume any responsibility and disclaim any liability, legal or other wise, in the event of an accident or the loss of property.
    
9. The purchaser hereby certifies that he understands the terms and conditions of the sale as written here. If the purchaser's personal cheque is accepted by the auctioneer then the purchaser further certifies that 
    there is now on deposit to his credit at the Bank on which the cheque is drawn, sufficient funds to meet payment and that the said funds will remain available for payment of said cheque upon presentation.
    
10. All livestock are sold as is, where is and lie at the purchaser's risk immediately. All livestock must be settled for before removing from premises. The purchaser is responsible for his own livestock after making purchase. Buyer agrees that upon registration to bid he/she has seen and agrees to terms and conditions of this sale.
